VO approved all the Visas before me. He was really cool and he was asking very limited and easy questions.

VO: (asked me to come forward)

Me: Hi sir, how are you? (with a loud voice)

VO: I am fine, pass me your I-20 and Passport please

Me: Here sir (passed my I-20 and Passport)

VO: When did you finish your under graduation?

Me: 2010 sir

VO: (with a shocking expression) What have you been doing since then?

Me: I completed my Masters in Information Technology from IIIT-Hyderabad and since 2 years I have been working as an Algorithm Developer in an online media company.

VO: (he was more shocked after knowing about my previous Masters) So, you already did your Masters. Why do you need another one?

Me: (I was expecting this question and prepared well for this one) With my previous Masters and work experience, I have the knowledge of the development of a product and now I wanna learn about the implementation of the product at a business level so that I can get a better position in the IT industry.

VO: How different is this Masters from your previous one?

Me: My previous Masters was in IT and this one is in MIS. They are completely different from each other. MIS is a mixture of both management and IT subjects. With this new masters degree I can establish myself in a better and higher position.

VO: Your college fees is too high. Do you think it's worth it?

Me: It's completely worth it sir. I can get 3 times more salary after completion of this Masters.

VO: I really hope that it's worth it since your spending so much on a second Masters. Tell me who's going to fund you?

Me: My father is my sponsor sir.

VO: How is he funding you?

Me: My father retired as Deputy Director of Agriculture in 2011. He got retirement benefits up to ₹ 35 lakhs. Also, we have an annual income of ₹ 11 lakhs and we also have lots of properties sir.

VO: Hope you are doing the right thing! (He was really worried about me spending so much on my second masters.) Your Visa is approved!

Me: Thanks a lot sir (..and left with a smile.)
