VO is with very serious expression. I'm the 4th person in the queue.

The guy who is facing the interview was already rejected for twice and it's his 3rd attempt. He was asked to get in to another counter to check the documents he produced.

After that, one guy got accepted and other guy got rejected because lack of confidence. I saw his legs was shaking with fear. Now it's my turn. I thought of wishing her good morning.


VO: Good afternoon 

Me: (mind absent - thought of looking at watch for time but I didn't) Good afternoon ma'am

VO: Heading to which university?

Me: Passed I-20

VO: Didn't take my I-20 and asked which university

Me: ---

VO: sir---- to which univ---- u --- r ---- going ---- tooooooo?

Me: Northwest Missouri State University

VO: Your yearly expenses?

Me: $20,069 per year ma'am

VO: What courses are you going to take in 1st semester?

Me: OOPS, HCI, WT

VO: What is your parents?

Me: My father has 1 industry and 1 furniture showroom and my mother.. (interrupted)

VO: What kind of industry?

Me: (told)

VO: What's individual income? Don't tell your total family income?

Me: (told)

VO: I think both of your father's businesses won't pose that much of income.

Me: We have many contracts and my father is the President of my District Furnitures Union.

VO: Family income?

Me: (told)

VO: Any savings and funds?

Me: (said)

VO: How did you get that much of savings?

Me: (explained)

VO: Which year passed out?

Me: Took my Bachelors in 2013

VO: What are you doing since then?

Me: Worked as Software Engineer in Marlabs, my role is to fix the bugs add the modules... (Interrupted)

VO: Okay (with serious expression) I'm sorry. I'm not going to give your Passport. You can leave.

(Tensed a lot after listening the word sorry. I didn't even listen what she said after the word sorry. She has thrown my Passport into the basket as like throwing a waste thing into the dustbin. Now my brain worked.)

Me: Thank you ma'am. (with serious expression.)


In whole interview, I didn't maintain smile. May be that's the reason I faced these many questions.
